Our crib is a fraemohs 3 bedroom home, "naturally warm and a healthy home". Built in 1994, situated on a corner section with a large grass area and a Patio area.

One bathroom, separate toilet, separate laundry & open living with doors opening onto the patio.
A good size kitchen, with a microwave and free standing oven & fridge/freezer.
Separate garage, with the clothes dryer and a second fridge/freezer.

We are a stones throw from the beginning of the Central Otago Rail Trail.

Clyde is full of history and tranquility with a vast amount of activities.
Great restaurants, lovely shops, vineyards and bike trails. Enjoy :-)

Summary: Great location. Well equipped and comfortable. Easy access to Clyde and to the main highway but quiet and comfortable. Could do with a bit more heating in winter though - we hit minus 6 Centigrade and I have to say it was cold in the house although there are lots of blankets and so on for the beds.
